It’s an exciting time in Classen’s North Highland Parked (CNHP), one of Downtown OKC’s historic neighborhoods! The area is seeing reinvestment directly from The City of Oklahoma City through complete sidewalk reconstruction on both sides of nearly every street and indirectly through home renovation grants offered by The City of Oklahoma City. This spring there will be a tree planting initiative that allows homeowners to apply for a free tree and volunteers will come out and plant them. But ultimately, it is the resident’s of the neighborhood that make this a great community! The CNHP Neighborhood Association is an active and engaged group of residents that continue to invest time, energy and resources into making this neighborhood a great place to live.
Positively Paseo will begin construction on our first home in the CNHP neighborhood mid-2015. It has taken many hours of behind the scenes preparation to get to this point, but we are excited to finally begin building places that people can call home in Classen’s North Highland Parked.
