The Village on Walnut
Located on the west side of the Oklahoma State Capitol, just minutes from midtown and downtown, is a cozy neighborhood where you know your neighbors. A place where friends gather on a common green or around a fire pit to laugh. This is a place with great porches and a friendly vibe.
This place is truly different from the suburbs. Cars are out of sight, public spaces are exquisitely designed and maintained, and private spaces are all your own.

Guthrie Historic Township
Established in 1887, Guthrie served as Oklahoma’s first State Capitol.
The Guthrie Historic District was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1999. According to the American Planning Association, it is the largest historic urban district in the state of Oklahoma, with more than 2,000 buildings.
In this context, Positively Paseo was asked to partner with Guthrie to build new homes. With our thirty years of experience working in historic and traditional neighborhoods, City leaders trusted our organization to honor the city’s historic architecture.
We are proud to partner with the City of Guthrie to be the first to build their pre-approved plans that blend with the city’s existing historic architectural landscape.

Coming Soon: Historic Capitol Hill
We currently have exciting new homes planned for Capitol Hill! Located just steps away from the new Plaza and a bustling commercial district, this community of ten new homes incorporates modern Spanish Revival architecture and shared common spaces.
